at a glance...
Hosted by the Town of Mooresville Parks and Recreation, the Mooresville Farmers Market is held at Liberty Park each Saturday from June to September. The market serves to bring fresh produce, meats, baked goods, and specialty food items as well as artisan crafted soaps, candles, and much more to Mooresville and the surrounding areas. A cup of coffee or fruit juice and a sweet or savory treat is a great way to start your Saturday morning. Located next to the Liberty Park playground as well as the War Memorial waterfall, the Farmers Market is a perfect spot for the whole family to come and enjoy.

Meet the Vendors of the Mooresville Farmers Market.
Our very own Grandpa Johns Candy, Pastor John Saunders, has won the Duke Energy Service Award! this prestigious award given by the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce is for outstanding citizenship, and we are proud to have Grandpa John at The Mooresville Farmers Market. Pastor John Saunders won the award for his backpack meals ministry known as Food For Days. In 2010, after realizing children were "returning to school on Monday with bellyaches because they had not eaten since Friday," Pastor Saunders began the program to provide meals for more than 400 children in Iredell Co to be able to eat over the weekends while not in school. Way to go Grandpa John!
